1. Carrot toast
Ingredients
- Bread toast
- 1 carrot
- 1 egg ( 6 min )
- Theme
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
2. Energy toast
Ingredients
- Bread toast
- Peanut butter
- Walnuts
For the fruit cream
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 red apple
- Walnuts
- Honey
3. Apple morning
Ingredients
- 1 red apple
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Peanut butter
For the brownie
- 5 dates
- 2 spoonful cocoa powder
- 5 almonds
mix it all together and put it in the fridge!
