3 minutes 3 snacks!

Hello guys ! I know it’s been a while .. but i’m back with healthy snacks that you can do in 3 minutes !

1. Carrot toast

Ingredients

 

 

  • Bread toast
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 egg ( 6 min )
  • Theme
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

2. Energy toast

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

 

 

  • Bread toast
  • Peanut butter
  • Walnuts

 

For the fruit cream

 

 

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 red apple
  • Walnuts
  • Honey

 

 

 

3. Apple morning

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

 

  • 1 red apple
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Peanut butter

For the brownie

 

 

  • 5 dates
  • 2 spoonful cocoa powder
  • 5 almonds

mix it all together and put it in the fridge!
